The Best age to learn Quran online

Parents want to know what age for their children is appropriate for learning Quran online. In Quran

teachers’ experience, the perfect age, and that recommended by our beloved Prophet (ﷺ) is 7 years

old.

A 2014 Brown University study concluded that responsibilities and most habits are formed in

children by 9 years of age, around 3rd grade. So, it’s better to start encouraging them before that.

More than 1,000 years ago, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) already delivered that information.

The reward for teaching the Quran to children

Mu’adh al-Juhani reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying:

If anyone recites the Quran and acts according to its content, on the Day of Judgement his parents

will be given to wear a crown whose light is better than the light of the sun in the dwellings of this

the world if it were among you. So, what do you think of him who acts according to this? Da’if (Al-

Albani)

If you are eager to enroll your children to learn Quran online who are earlier than 7 years of age, the

the key is to be engaged with them during the class to help them with the mouse, clicking items, and

talking to the teacher

For learners 7 years of age and younger, we recommend Quran classes no longer than 30 minutes,

as we’d like to make the Quran class fun and light instead of making it formal for the child.

May Allah عزوجل help keep our children on the straight path always, Ameen.

Hidden blessings during this Hard time Coronavirus disease

We are in unprecedented times that our generation has never seen or experienced before. That

the global shutdown of schools, businesses, transportation, and mosques has brought our society to

a complete halt.

everything and this applies only to a believer. If prosperity attends him, he expresses gratitude to

Allah and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he endures it patiently and that is better

for him”.[Muslim].

brought him into existence from nothingness, then brought him to life and provided him with

provision and he is the One in Whose hand is the death, life, happiness, and comfort of this human

being.

Surah Fatir: 15 “O mankind, you are those in need of Allah, while Allah is the Free of need, the
