Ustadh Alsayed Mohammed Altonamly is an experienced Arabic, Qur'an, and Tajweed instructor with approximately 25 years of teaching experience. He graduated from the Faculty of Dar Al Uloom at Cairo University, Fayoum Branch, where Arabic Language and Islamic Sciences formed the core of his academic specialization. He has taught Arabic and Qur'an to both Arab and non-Arab students and is experienced in adapting his teaching approach to different ages, abilities, and learning goals. His teaching philosophy focuses on active student participation. He encourages students to ask questions, collaborate, participate in lessons, and complete practical activities that reinforce what they have learned. He also uses repetition, reinforcement, and age-appropriate gamification to keep students engaged, particularly when younger learners become bored or lose concentration. He believes that learning should extend beyond the classroom and encourages students to develop curiosity, research skills, and a lifelong love of learning. His ideal students are motivated lifelong learners who ask questions, explore ideas, and actively participate in their educational journey.
