First: The opinion of advanced Tajweed scholars

1- Provisions of seeking refuge and basmala

Some believe that seeking refuge is desirable and required when reciting the Holy Qur’an, while others believe that it is obligatory, especially at the beginning of recitation, for the Almighty to say: (If you read the Qur’an, seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan) The basmala is obligatory for Imam Hafs in all surahs except Surat Al-Tawbah.

 

2- The provisions of the static noun and tanween

Here there are four rulings for the static noun in lifting, traction, and erection, namely:

 

1- Idgham

It linguistically means the entry of something into the thing or the introduction of something in something, and conventionally means the confluence of a consonant with a vowel to become a stressed letter, including the incomplete and another complete Idgham.

 

2- Flipping

It is linguistically the transformation of the thing from its face, and idiomatically means the heart of the consonant noun Mima, taking into account the ghana.

 

3- Manifestation

It linguistically means a statement, and idiomatically it means to take the letter out of its exit without singing.

 

4- Concealment

In the language, it means the jacket, and conventionally it means pronouncing a non-stressed consonant with the ghana remaining in the first letter by two movements.

 

3- Provisions of the static meme

It has three provisions, namely:

 

  • Oral Idgham: By inserting the static meme into a moving meme at the beginning of the second word, they become one stressed meme.
  • Oral concealment: that is, hiding the meme when it occurs in the first word after the letter Ba.
  • Oral manifestation: that is, showing the meme when it occurs with a number of alphabets except for the meme and the ba.

 

4- Aggravated meme and noon provisions

In the case of connection and endowment, the ghana must be in the aggravated meem and noun, whether it occurs at the beginning or at the end of the word, and the amount of the ghana is two movements.

 

5. provisions of Idgham

It is divided into three types as follows:

 

1- Idgham is the same

meaning that the two consecutive letters are united in the exit and adjective of the mouth, whether they are in one word or two consecutive words.

 

2- Homogeneous Idgham

that is, the two consecutive letters are united in the exit without the adjective.

 

3- Idgham Al-Mutarafin

It is the convergence in the two consecutive letters in the exit and adjective, but it is limited to two letters: the lam with the back, and the qaf with the kaf.

 

6- Provisions of amplification and thinning

It means exaggeration in the language, stiffening, and idiomatically, the strength and obesity that inflicts the letter when uttered it, but thinning in the language in the sense of slimming, and idiomatically, tenderness and thinness that inflicts the letter when uttered it.

 

7- Provisions of the exits and qualities of letters

The number of exits of letters seventeen exits, and their origins are due to five main exits: hollow, throat, tongue, lips, and gills, while the qualities of the letters aim to differentiate between letters with one exit, and known from the qualities nineteen qualities, namely:

 

whispering and loudness, looseness and severity, and between looseness and severity, and Istfalah and superiority, openness and applicability, and smiling and silence, and whistling and disturbance, and tide and softness, elongation and deviation, and outbreak and repetition.

 

8- Provisions of Endowment and Commencement

It is divided into two parts:

 

1- Endowment

In the language, it means the palm, and idiomatically it is to lock up the sound or cut it when reading for a moment to breathe and then re-read, and the endowment is not in the middle of the word, but in the middle of the verses or at the heads, and there are four sections of the endowment, namely:

 

  • Emergency stopping: It is permissible because it occurs without the will of man, such as sneezing, coughing, and shortness of breath.
  • Probationary endowment: It is an accident when teaching to clarify and clarify rulings or to answer a question.
  • Waiting for stop: It occurs when combining more than one novel of readings.
  • Moratorium: It occurs voluntarily without the presence of an incident, and this moratorium may be complete, sufficient, good, or ugly.

It is two types in terms of permissibility when reading begins:

 

  • Permissible type: It is the one that leads to the fullness of the meaning that God Almighty intended, and it is a good beginning.
